Overview

OS2U’s Practicums are 10 week online retrospective MRA risk adjustment mock projects and training. They are held Tuesday & Thursdays, 5:30pm-8:30pm CST. The courses simulate a live risk adjustment coding environment, with a Coding Manager (instructor), Project Lead (assistant instructor) and Auditors (mentors). Coders are assigned a Mentor who monitors production, quality and assist with efficiency best practices. Coders are introduced to 3M & Find-A-Coder encoders, coding portals, common coding resources, business rules and guidelines.
