A 12-week online, instructor led practicum to assist coders who have completed the Risk Adjustment Practicum with permanent placement in the risk Adjusment field. Coders will receive a professionally written civilian and government resume, coding portfolio which includes their coding performance during apprenticeship, professional headshot for their LinkedIn page, interview prep and a list of up to 100 employers who hire risk adjustment coders.

Her passion is to change the Medical Coding World by proving disabling coding myths and improving coding outcomes. The instructor does a great job of making complex course material interesting and comprehensible for students. The 150 chart requirement along with the timed coding exercises implemented in the final weeks of the course were very helpful in creating real-world scenarios for learning purposes.

OS2 has been a phenomenal blessing in my life. I began with an invitation to join their Preseason Risk Adjustment Training in the Spring of 2018. I have been employed with them as a remote HCC/CCC coder since shortly after that, & have loved it! Recently, I was able to participate in their CRC & COC Bootcamps. The instructor was more than willing to spend as much time as needed to answer questions. He explained them in easy to understand language and went above and beyond, taking extra unplanned time on a weekend to provide a quick tutorial on combo coding diabetes and hypertension. What I learned in preseason more than prepared me to take the CRC certification exam.
