Monica has been coding since 2017, after retiring from more than 30 years in education policy. She is the OS2 Healthcare Solutions Coding Operations Manager and a Risk Adjustment Instructor. Monica enjoys training and mentoring others. She and her husband live in Texas and have three adult daughters and two grandsons.
Course Description
A practicum to assist coders who have completed the Risk Adjustment Practicum with permanent placement in the risk Adjustment field. Coders will receive a professionally written civilian and government resume, coding portfolio which includes their coding performance during apprenticeship, professional headshot for their LinkedIn page, interview prep and a list of up to 100 employers who hire risk adjustment coders.
