OS2U’s Risk Adjustment Apprenticeship IV is a comprehensive program designed for risk adjustment coders with little to no experience who currently hold their CRC certification. This program consists of coding and auditing fundamentals in risk adjustment, physician and hospital outpatient coding. Upon successful completion of this program students will earn certifications in value-based disciplines (CPC, CPMA) along with a paid apprenticeship.
Our program includes risk adjustment practicums with a simulated coding environment in HCC coding and auditing, exam prep courses, and permanent placement assistance. The Risk Adjustment Apprenticeship is a collaborative effort with our career school, OS2U Training & Development Center and coding firm, OS2 Healthcare Solutions. It is the only medical coding training program of its kind that includes prepare, pays and place certified medical coders.
